Prep / Kitchen All-Rounder – Employment Description

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of kitchen and restaurant duties. We are looking for an all-around team member who is willing to learn and help wherever needed.

Your primary responsibilities will begin with daily prep work , including:

• Preparing and portioning pizza dough.
• Preparing and cutting vegetables and other pizza toppings.
• Preparing sauces and other ingredients needed for daily operations.
• Keeping the prep area clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Following food-safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Making sure all ingredients are prepared and ready for service.

As you become comfortable with the prep responsibilities, you will also be expected to learn and prepare pizzas , including following our recipes, portioning ingredients correctly, and maintaining consistent quality.

You will also be trained on the cashier/POS system and other restaurant duties. Our goal is to develop you into a well-rounded team member who can confidently assist with prep, pizza making, cashier duties, customer service, and other areas of the restaurant when needed .

We expect every team member to be dependable, respectful, willing to learn, work well with others, and maintain a positive attitude. We will start you primarily with prep work and gradually train you on additional responsibilities as you gain experience and demonstrate proficiency.
