Looking for a remote opportunity but don't want to be thrown into something with no training or support?

Spencer Financial Group is hiring remote sales representatives to help families who requested information about life insurance coverage.

No prior insurance experience is required.

Most people never get started in insurance because they feel overwhelmed:

They don't understand the licensing process
They're unsure who to trust
They worry about getting licensed and being left on their own

We do things differently.

We provide step-by-step guidance, training, mentorship, and a proven system you can follow so you always know what to do next.

100% remote position

CRM and training included
Mentorship and team support

In this role, you'll speak with people who already requested information and help guide them toward coverage that fits their needs.

This is a commission-based position with training and support designed to help new agents learn the system, build confidence, and grow over time.
