Hourly Pay Rate: $66 - $70

Shift: 40 hours, Day shift

Duration: 13 weeks contract

Experience Required: 2 years of experience

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R) or RCIS

Skills Required:

• Prepare the cardiac catheterization laboratory for diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, stent placements, electrophysiology procedures, and other vascular interventions.
• Operate fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment according to departmental protocols.
• Scrub, circulate, and monitor procedures as assigned and within the scope of practice.
• Prepare and maintain sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer contrast media and medications as permitted by facility policy and state regulations.
• Document procedures accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in emergency call rotation as required by the facility.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards, infection prevention protocols, and patient safety guidelines.
