That's why we're looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our Sherman, Texas office. The Role You’ll handle personal injury cases from intake through resolution. That means client relationships, strategy, litigation, and, when it comes to it, trial. You won’t be handed a playbook and left alone. You’ll be part of a team that talks through hard cases, pushes each other to improve, and genuinely cares about the people we represent. Compensation $110,000 - $130,000 yearly with bonus compensation package Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement or trial. Conduct thorough legal research, case analysis, and strategy development. Review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents. Handle all aspects of discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document review. Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters, defense counsel, and other parties. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and guidance. Work closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure timely case progression. Maintain accurate case files and meet all deadlines. Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and client confidentiality. Effectively update and complete tasks in FileVine, our case Management Software. Qualifications
