Labcorp is seeking a Pathology Report Coordinator I join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

Work Schedule: 1st, Shift: Tuesday - Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.  Required overtime as needed.

** This is NOT a remote role**

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assign and distribute cases
• Monitor and manage work queues
• Coordinate consults and Send-outs
• Process internal test add-ons and liaise with the labs
• Research, trouble-shoot and follow up on client inquiries and problems

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years or more of administrative experience such as office coordination, scheduling, recordkeeping, or similar

Preferred Qualification:

• Current or prior Labcorp experience
• One year or more of experience in a medical/clinical laboratory experience
• Two years or more of experience in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office, clinic or hospital

Additional Job Standards:

• Comfortability with handling biological specimens 
• Able to accurately identify specimens 
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet established turn-around times
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
