Assistant Project Manager

Clobracon Construction is looking for an Assistant Project Manager. We offer a hands-on, fast-paced and very dynamic work environment, in which employees get to experience a wide array of projects of varying size and complexity. Job Responsibilities For The Position Are As Follows Work under supervision of a PM Preparation of subcontractor/trade contract documents Tracking and updating of project budgets, including cost-to-complete projections Tracking and updating of project schedules Preparation and administration of change orders Shop drawing/samples administration Regular correspondence with architects, engineers, and subcontractors The Ideal Candidates Possess The Following Skills Engineering or architectural degree, civil technology diploma, or building sciences technology diploma Minimum 3 years of experience as an assistant project manager or project coordinator for a general contractor in the province of Quebec Membership in the OIQ or l’Ordre des technologies professionnels Ability to work on multiple projects Strong computer skills – Excel, Word, MS-Project Proven experience in preparing and managing construction budgets and schedules, change order administration, shop drawing administration Must be technically sound – building envelope technology, mechanical/electrical, structural Fully bilingual With our active growth there is room to advance, and we offer competitive compensation complete with benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr Clobracon Construction Inc.
