This individual maintains buildings, grounds, and equipment to present a safe environment in accordance with federal, state, local codes, manufacturer specifications, and MCHS standards.Job Qualifications:EducationFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.Minimum Required: Technical school degree or equivalent.Preferred/Optional: NoneExperienceMinimum Required: Four years' experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance. Demonstrated knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Preferred/Optional: NoneCertifications/LicensesThe following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
