This full-time inpatient role in West Texas provides exceptional organizational stability, manageable workloads, and dedicated team-based backing.

Practice Overview

• You'll join an established inpatient hospitalist service at a respected community hospital with broad specialty backup
• Work alongside hospitalist physicians and a team of experienced APPs (current daytime APP team in place)
• Closed ICU (no ICU management responsibilities)
• No procedures required; focus on rounding, care coordination, and assisting with admissions under physician supervision

Schedule

• 7-on / 7-off rotation (Tuesday-Monday)
• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Typical volume up to 10 patients per shift
• Structured inpatient workflow using Cerner EMR

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $127,500
• Bonuses: $10,000 quality bonus + $2,500 retention bonus + $10,000 sign-on bonus
• 175 annual shifts (about 25 weeks per year)
• Health/Dental/Vision, Simple IRA with 3% match after 1 year, plus reimbursement for licensure, DEA, and professional associations

Candidate Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Hospitalist/inpatient experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a team-based model with physician collaboration
• No visa support available
