Role Responsibilities Log and track vehicle deliveries and inventory to maintain accurate records Move and stage vehicles across the lot for optimal customer viewing Ensure a clean, welcoming environment that reflects CarMax’s commitment to excellence Perform reconditioning tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles to meet quality standards Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences Learn and apply best practices in automotive care and inventory management Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area. The hourly rate for this position is: $21.28 - $21.28 Benefits: Except as otherwise required by state law, those considered part-time are eligible for sick time only in states that mandate it and amounts are accrued on a per pay period basis and range from 24 hours to unlimited based on state rules. In Washington, part-time Associates receive sick leave consistent with state law. Part-time Associates are also eligible for between 8 hours and 40 hours per year of vacation based on their length of service and subject to a 1 year waiting period.
