Location: Sparta, WI Position Overview As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in connecting people with opportunities by supporting recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and talent engagement. You'll help identify qualified candidates, keep the hiring process moving, and create a positive experience for Talent, clients, and your ABR teammates. You'll be at the center of the staffing process - reaching out to candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting onboarding and client orientations, answering employment questions, and keeping important information accurate in our applicant tracking system. You'll also support the day-to-day operations that help our recruiting team deliver responsive service. What You'll Do Connect with active and passive job seekers through our applicant tracking system, job boards, online resources, personalized outreach, and professional networking. Screen candidates for job requirements, discuss opportunities, coordinate interviews, and help maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future openings. Support a positive candidate and employee experience by handling applications and inquiries, answering questions about payroll and benefits, conducting onboarding and client orientations, and completing follow-up activities. Keep staffing operations running smoothly by completing I-9 and E-Verify processes, maintaining accurate ATS records and Talent files, supporting timekeeping, and providing administrative and office support. Partner closely with Recruiters and Talent Relations Specialists, support social media and community outreach, and represent ABR at events as needed. Professional verbal and written communication skills, including strong phone and listening skills. A people-focused approach and the ability to provide exceptional service to candidates, employees, clients, and coworkers. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and comfort learning applicant tracking systems, online recruiting platforms, and other technology. Strong keyboarding and data-entry skills; ability to type 40+ words per minute. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed for client visits, networking events, meetings, and other functions.
