Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate (Multi-Office)

For our client, we are seeking a Employee Benefits And Executive Compensation Associate (multi-Office) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a technology-driven environment. Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $260,000 – $390,000 annually Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research and analysis Draft legal documents such as memos and contracts Assist in managing complex transactions from start to finish Build and maintain relationships with clients Collaborate on innovative transaction strategies Support high-level legal activities including negotiations Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay updated on pertinent laws Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in the relevant state 3 years of corporate law experience Direct experience with an AmLaw 100 firm is preferred Strong interest in employee benefits and executive compensation law Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Hybrid work environment with flexibility for remote work Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development Engagement in pro bono work and community involvement programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
