If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you!Now Hiring a QA Specialist for our newest inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility, opening in Richmond, VA.What You'll DoConduct regular chart audits to ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company, payer, and regulatory standards.Monitor clinical and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement.Track missing documentation and ensure timely completion of all required chart elements.Support quality assurance initiatives and maintain adherence to accreditation and compliance requirements.What We're Looking ForHigh School diploma or GED preferredValid CPR certification preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.Excellent written and oral communication skillsPunctuality and careful attention to detailTeam player with ability to collaborate wellWhy Join US?Avenues features a rich, fulfilling workplace culture where every person is valued and greatness is pursued.
