This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused property management professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced leasing office environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional resident experiences. Position Details Position: Leasing Consultant Location: Asbury Park, NJ 07712 Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents while supporting the day-to-day operations of the leasing office. Responsibilities include: Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally Greeting prospective residents and providing exceptional customer service Assisting with leasing activities, tours, and resident relations Accepting and processing rental applications Maintaining accurate resident and applicant files Responding to resident inquiries and office correspondence Supporting administrative functions within the property management office Assisting with lease documentation and compliance requirements Entering and maintaining data within property management software systems Collaborating with site staff to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Previous leasing and/or administrative experience in the multifamily housing industry Experience with HUD and Tax Credit properties strongly preferred Working knowledge of OneSite property management software preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office environment Strong organizational and administrative abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused work ethic Why Join BG Staffing?
