Order Fulfillment Associate

Location: Lebanon, NJ
Pay Rate: $18/hr.
Schedule: Full-Time Temporary Position – 40 Hours/Week
Shift: Start Time: 8:45 AM

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Lebanon, NJ. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders while maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and bag various materials according to order requirements.
• Accurately process orders while maintaining quality standards.
• Use a scale counter to measure and verify materials.
• Read and follow work instructions in English.
• Perform basic math calculations as needed.
• Inspect products for accuracy and quality before shipment.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Meet daily production goals while following safety guidelines.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand English instructions.
• Proficiency in basic math functions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, manufacturing, or fulfillment environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational skills and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving picking, packing, and sorting.
