FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME) Bon Appetit Management Company operates more than 1,000 cafés across the country for corporations, universities, and museums. We are hiring immediately for full time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR positions. Location : Butler University - 704 West Hampton Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46208. Schedule : Full time schedules; days and hours may vary. Rotating AM and PM shifts based on business needs. More details upon interview. Requirement : One year of previous work in a hospitality leadership role is required. Pay Range : $21.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour. Responsibilities Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized. Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
