Vice President, Digital Mission SolutionsPosition SummaryThe Vice President, Digital Mission Solutions (DMS) provides executive leadership for a mission-focused business delivering advanced digital solutions and technical capabilities in support of the Intelligence Community and other national security customers.As a member of the senior leadership team, the Vice President is accountable for the overall performance, growth, execution, and organizational health of the Digital Mission Solutions Division. The role combines strategic business leadership, customer and mission understanding, operational excellence, technical credibility, and people leadership to position the Division for sustained growth and impact.The Vice President leads through other leaders and works across the CTC enterprise to translate customer mission needs into differentiated capabilities, strengthen customer partnerships, develop new business opportunities, deliver exceptional program performance, and build the talent and organizational capabilities required for the future.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Business LeadershipEstablish and execute the strategic direction for the Digital Mission Solutions Division in alignment with CTC's enterprise strategy, mission, and growth objectives.Maintain accountability for Division financial performance, including revenue, profitability, investment decisions, forecasting, and overall business health.Translate market, customer, technology, and mission trends into clear business priorities and investment decisions.Build a balanced portfolio that strengthens existing business while creating pathways to new customers, missions, capabilities, and sources of revenue.Establish clear priorities and measures of success and create accountability throughout the Division for achieving them.Contribute to enterprise strategy and decision making as a senior leader of CTC, balancing Division priorities with the needs of the broader organization.Customer, Market, and Growth LeadershipBuild and sustain trusted relationships with senior leaders and decision makers across the Intelligence Community and broader national security market.Maintain a deep understanding of customer missions, priorities, challenges, acquisition environments, and emerging requirements.Identify and shape strategic growth opportunities that align CTC capabilities with evolving customer needs.Provide executive leadership to business development, capture, proposal, and customer engagement activities within the Division.Strengthen CTC's position with existing customers while developing relationships and opportunities in adjacent and emerging markets.Partner across CTC to bring integrated enterprise capabilities to customers and pursue opportunities that extend beyond traditional organizational boundaries.Represent CTC externally with customers, partners, industry organizations, and other stakeholders.Mission and Operational ExecutionEnsure successful execution of the Division's portfolio of programs, projects, and customer commitments.Establish a culture of operational discipline, accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.Maintain executive visibility into program performance, financial performance, customer satisfaction, staffing, contractual commitments, and emerging risks.Ensure appropriate actions are taken to address performance challenges and protect customer relationships.Balance near-term program execution with longer-term investments in capabilities, technologies, infrastructure, and talent.Promote effective collaboration among business, technical, program, contracts, security, finance, talent, and other enterprise functions.Technology and Mission CapabilityProvide sufficient technical and mission leadership to understand customer challenges, evaluate emerging capabilities, and guide strategic investment decisions.Ensure the Division maintains relevant, differentiated capabilities aligned with evolving Intelligence Community and national security missions.Foster innovation and the transition of research, technology, and intellectual capital into operational customer solutions.Encourage responsible adoption of emerging technologies and new approaches that improve mission outcomes and create competitive advantage.Connect technical talent and capabilities across CTC to solve complex customer problems and create integrated solutions.People, Culture, and Organizational enterprise.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, business, or a related technical or professional discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.Significant progressive leadership experience within the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, national security, government contracting, or a closely related environment.Demonstrated experience leading a substantial technical, mission, or business organization through other leaders.Experience with business and financial management, including responsibility for budgets, forecasts, portfolio performance, or P&L outcomes.Demonstrated success building senior-level customer relationships and understanding complex government customer missions.Experience contributing to business development, capture, customer shaping, and organizational growth.Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary organizations and collaborate across organizational and functional boundaries.Strong executive communication, influence, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.Ability to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for the position.PreferredAdvanced degree in a technical, business, or related discipline.Executive leadership experience within an Intelligence Community-focused business.Demonstrated record of growing a government contracting or national security business.Experience leading organizations delivering digital, cyber, data, software, AI/ML, cloud, mission systems, or related capabilities.Experience developing and executing business strategy in rapidly evolving technical and customer environments.Active high-level security clearance and demonstrated familiarity with Intelligence Community
