Clinical / Medical Laboratory Scientist - Travel Job

Clinical / Medical Laboratory Scientist Jackson HealthPros is hiring a Clinical / Medical Laboratory Scientist (formerly Medical Technologist) to perform diagnostic testing on patient samples and analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits to aid physicians in the diagnosis or monitoring of various disease states. Minimum Requirements

Associate or bachelor's degree in related field as required by individual clients Valid ASCP or AMT certification required In licensure states, Laboratory Licensure in appropriate specialty for the department or location assignment as applicable to the state 1 year of experience as a CLS / MLS / Med Tech BLS certification Phlebotomy skills required Minimum 2 years of experience required For MLS candidates, bachelor's degree in MLS required For MLT candidates, associate degree in sciences required For MLT candidates, MLT (ASCP) or equivalent CLS certification required

Assignment Details

10-hour shifts Rotating weeknight and weekend call required Assignment is open to MLT or MLS candidates
