• Work Schedule: Seven days on, followed by seven days off.
• Daily Patient Census: 20-30 patients at one facility and 8-15 at another.
• Coverage: Inpatient care across multiple facilities.
• Electronic Medical Record System: EPIC.
• Key Duties: Removal of drains and adjustment of shunts are required.
• Shift Focus: Primarily night shifts with trauma and practice call responsibilities.
