We are looking for a talented Behavior Interventionist (BI) for the school year.
Hourly Rate Range : $25.00-$32.00 per hour
Responsibilities would include:
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBA or school team.
- Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students.
- Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
- Support students in developing social, communication, and coping skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and support staff.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral needs preferred.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred but not required.
- Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.
