Impact of the Role General Profile Supervises the daily activities of support staff or production team members. Has at least one direct report. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work with other supervisors. Problem solving guided by policies and procedures; receives guidance from manager. Exercise consistent discretion and judgment. Essential Functions Supervises daily financial activities and functions across accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Ensures compliance with governmental rules and regulations. Forecasts and manages cash flow to meet company needs. Monitors creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; ensures financial data is recorded accurately. Oversees the budget process and collaborates with managers to produce and manage effective budgets. Leads and directs other employees; responsible for personnel actions such as hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions with concurrence from HR Directors & General Managers. Required Qualifications Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5‑7 years’ experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Critical professional and technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications Preferred education and experience: Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred discipline/major: Business, Finance, or Accounting degree. Knowledge, skills & abilities: Corporate finance, financial management, financial reporting, fiscal management, accounting software, financial analysis software, leadership skills, decision‑making skills, oral and written communication skills. Physical Requirements Must be able to remain stationary at a desk and/or computer for extended periods. Work primarily in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
