Manage fixed income corrections to ensure trades are corrected quickly, and within regulations. Monitor daily reporting submissions to external regulatory agencies to ensure trades are properly reported to various agencies. Provide support to accumulate data for audit requests. Support and validate trading technology changes. Support fixed income liquidation requests from all areas of the firm. Provide new issue operational support for Capital Markets group. Job requires great judgement on when to escalate.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, prioritize, and perform complex trading operations in support of the fixed income trading desk, including generating reports, billing trades, processing trade requests received from business partners, monitoring and triaging rejected trades, and testing or analyzing technology problems and updates. Accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness are critical to running the desk's workflow.Monitor daily reporting submissions to external regulatory agencies (MSRB and TRACE).Provide new issue operational support (offering setup and trading) to the Products team for structured products, working cross-organizationally, and with external business partners.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience.Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience.Active Series 7 license or the ability to obtain within 120 days.Strong attention to detail, including demonstrated ability to meet accuracy standards in a high-volume environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Ability to effectively prioritize time-sensitive workflows.Ability to work efficiently with multiple business partners.Strong communication skills and comfortable working with various levels of the organization.Basic understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Office software including OneNote.Preferred QualificationsBasic understanding of fixed income markets.Familiarity with Tradeweb, Bloomberg, TRACE, MSRB, and BETA Host.Ability to use Microsoft Excel.Visa SponsorshipApplicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN).Full-Time/Part-TimeFull timeExempt/Non-ExemptNon-ExemptJob Family GroupBusiness Support & OperationsLine of BusinessCLEAR ClearingAmeriprise Financial is an equal opportunity employer.
