Job Responsibilities Provides advanced end‑to‑end operational support for securities, loans, exchange‑traded derivatives and over‑the‑counter derivatives across multiple lines of business, and cross‑business functional support through the lifecycle of a trade. Ensures trading and operational activities are completed accurately and before deadlines, researches and resolves complex issues, and simplifies client interactions. Provides operational support for one or more activities within the lifecycle of a trade, including trade processing, settlement, accounting, reconciliation, lifecycle events, and collateral management. Provides simplified client interactions and deepens client relationships across Global Banking and Markets clients. Completes accurate, timely clearing and settlement of trades with internal and external counterparties, including reconciliation management and governance of trade fails and breaks. Performs tasks accurately during high‑volume periods in a team environment. Improves and simplifies the client experience, reducing manual touchpoints. Supports the implementation of new processes to improve the overall business operating model. Identifies and flags potential risks in a timely manner. Provides support for various U.S. based Loan Operations teams in relation to data quality, control monitoring, automation and overnight process. Day‑to‑day actions are focused on providing managerial support and QA review within the teams. Engages in technical enhancements, process review, and suggestions for enhancements and management of process change. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel (vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc.), Copilot, Word & PowerPoint. Client‑facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with clients in a confident manner. Risk minded – able to identify issues and elevate to management. Ability to work under pressure in a team environment during critical funding periods. Works well in a team environment and maintains focus to achieve business goals. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to interact positively and effectively with all levels of management and associates. Strong written and oral communication skills. Shares knowledge with others. Ability to multi‑task and shift priorities at a moment's notice. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Strong focus on operational risk. Desired Qualifications 2 years of relevant experience working with commercial loan products or in roles involving financial mechanics (e.g., financial reconciliation, trade processing, legal documentation review for reconciliation of operational mechanics). Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams to drive innovation and unique solutions. Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward.
