Operations Manager – Appliance Installation Services Full-Time | On-Site Virginia & Washington, DC About Max's Services USA Max's Services USA is a growing appliance installation and logistics company specializing in high‑end residential appliance installations. We partner with nationally recognized retailers and serve builders, designers, and homeowners throughout the Mid‑Atlantic with a strong commitment to quality, professionalism, and operational excellence. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced operational leader who wants to grow alongside the business and play a key role in strengthening our field operations. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee appliance installation operations throughout Virginia and Washington, DC . The ideal candidate is someone who started their career as a residential appliance installer , developed hands‑on technical expertise in the field, and later advanced into leadership, field management, or operations management positions. This is not a traditional operations management role. We are specifically seeking someone who understands appliance installation from firsthand experience and can successfully lead technicians, subcontractors, and day‑to‑day field operations. IMPORTANT: Candidates without previous hands‑on residential appliance installation experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day appliance installation field operations Manage subcontractor performance, accountability, and service quality Conduct field visits, installation audits, and operational reviews Build strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and operational partners Resolve escalated operational issues quickly and professionally Recruit, develop, and support contractor partnerships Monitor KPIs, installation quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and efficiency Collaborate closely with executive leadership to support company growth Required Qualifications Previous hands‑on residential appliance installation experience Experience personally installing refrigerators, ranges, ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, ventilation systems, and other built‑in residential appliances 5+ years of leadership, field management, operations management, or service management experience Experience managing installation technicians, subcontractors, or field‑based teams Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills Ability to travel regularly throughout Virginia and Washington, DC Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Luxury appliance installation experience Experience working on premium residential or custom home projects Background in appliance installation, logistics, construction services, or related industries Business development mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities Approximately $75,000 annual base salary Performance‑based bonus opportunities Company vehicle provided Travel expenses covered Paid Time Off (PTO) Leadership role with direct impact on company growth Why Join Max's Services USA?
