As a key member of the Child and Family Team (CFT), the Family Partner empowers caregivers to advocate for themselves, navigate services, and build resiliency. This role involves mentoring families, supporting care coordination, connecting them to community resources, and promoting positive outcomes through collaborative, family-driven planning. Full‑time position (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday, primarily business hours, but does include 8am - 8pm to accommodate the family's schedules as needed. Service area : Guilford, Randolph, and part of Forsyth County. We also offer a full benefits package for benefits-eligible positions.
