City/State: Saint Louis, Missouri Categories: Financial Services Job Status: Full-Time Pay Range: $69,326.40 - $112,860.80 / year (Salary or hourly rate is based on job qualifications and relevant work experience) Additional Information About the Role The Manager, Hematologic Malignancy Program at Siteman Cancer Center is responsible for leading the authorization, reimbursement, and financial clearance processes for complex, high‑cost therapies such as CAR-T, bone marrow transplants (BMT), TIL, and other advanced gene therapies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring patients receive timely access to life‑saving treatments by navigating complex payer requirements, optimizing reimbursement strategies, and driving collaboration across clinical, financial, and contracting teams. This is a highly specialized leadership role that combines revenue cycle expertise, program operations, and cross‑functional coordination to support both patient access and financial performance within a nationally recognized cancer center.
