Job Description Job Description Title - Nurse Practitioner( NP) - Hybrid Schedule Schedule | Monday–Friday | Flexible Start 7–8:30 a.m. | 8-Hour Days Status - Full-time Permanent Location: Bastian, VA We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who thrives on making a difference in patients’ lives. This is a weekday, full-time opportunity providing care in post-acute and skilled nursing settings. You’ll have the flexibility to start your day between 7:00–8:30 a.m. , and after completing rounds, you’ll have the option to finish documentation from home — giving you the autonomy and balance you deserve This is the perfect role for an NP who wants to enjoy a consistent schedule, meaningful work, and a supportive, collaborative environment.
