What You’ll Do As a Mobile Wound Care Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide advanced wound management for patients in their homes throughout the Virginia Beach region. You’ll evaluate, diagnose and treat complex wounds while working collaboratively with physicians and our multidisciplinary team. Treatments may include: Chronic wound evaluation Pressure injuries Diabetic foot ulcers Venous ulcers Surgical wounds Skin tears Advanced dressings Debridement (training provided) Biologic wound therapies Who We’re Looking For Current Virginia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Strong clinical assessment skills Excellent communication and patient education Comfortable working independently Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred: ICU Critical Care ER PACU Wound Care Long Term Care Facilities Home Health Internal Medicine New to wound care?
