The Office Administrator will support a small team of 1-5 people by managing essential office functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role involves handling both routine administrative tasks and confidential information using a variety of office software tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Handle data entry and update office databases proficiently
- Answer and direct telephone calls professionally
- Utilize MS Office and Google Workspace for daily tasks and communications
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
- Billing
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in office administration
