The Office Administrator will support a small team of 1-5 people by managing essential office functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role involves handling both routine administrative tasks and confidential information using a variety of office software tools.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Handle data entry and update office databases proficiently
  • Answer and direct telephone calls professionally
  • Utilize MS Office and Google Workspace for daily tasks and communications
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
  • Billing

 

Required Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in office administration
