Learn more at We are looking for the best talent in Materials Engineering.Materials Engineering CO-OP helps deliver a wide range of raw material characterization and qualification projects by performing a variety of engineering and research assignments. Additionally, the CO-OP will have the opportunity to work with Global Material Suppliers and Teams both domestically and internationally.You will be responsible for: The CO-OP reviews the progress and evaluates the data and presents the results of multiple projects across various functional groups.The CO-OP coordinates raw material and contact lens testing and protocol requirements as necessary to achieve project completion.The CO-OP facilitates and conducts engineering assignments involving business continuity and cost improvement projects.The CO-OP acts as an advocate for the continuous improvement of technology and processes.The CO-OP adheres to environmental policy and procedures and supports department environmental objectives.The position gives students multiple opportunities to work with both internal multi-functional teams as well as interact with the external partners and raw material suppliers both domestically and internationally.Qualifications:Education: Current student of Chemical Engineering/Material Science and Engineering /Bioengineering /Polymer Science and Engineering or equivalent required experience. 0 to 3 years with a BS in Engineering or Science related field.
