Coordinate lead follow-up and customer communications. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Assist with internal goal-setting and tracking. Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency. Qualifications Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or operations helpful. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
