Assistant Softball Coach

Work alongside the Head Coach in all aspects of the softball program Facilitate the academic and athletic development of student-athletes Attend all practice sessions, matches, and strength and conditioning sessions Ensure team and player compliance with conference and University rules and procedures Requirements High School Diploma/GED Experience coaching at any level Consideration may be given to candidates with an associate degree or higher General understanding of NCAA rules and policies is considered Network of contacts in primary recruiting areas is considered Resume/CV required Criminal background check required Must comply with conference and University rules and procedures Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in coaching and developing student-athletes while ensuring compliance with NCAA rules and University procedures.
