Our agency opened in 2017 and is a close-knit team of five who value experience, discipline, and strong relationships. I’ve been in the insurance industry for 26 years and joined State Farm in 2012. Over the years, I’ve built this office on consistency, integrity, and a commitment to serving customers the right way. We stay active in the community by volunteering with the Rodeo for the past five years, supporting Meals on Wheels for seniors, and contributing to Easter Seals. Giving back is important to both me and our team. Our office offers flexibility with scheduled time off, team outings, team-building events, birthday lunches and gifts, and big milestone celebrations. When goals are met, we travel together. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Vahn Doctolero - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Compensation $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
