Front Desk Coordinator – Wellness & Aesthetic Clinic

Fayetteville, NC | Full-Time

Starting at $20/hour (based on experience) + Performance Bonus Opportunities

We are seeking a professional, energetic, and patient-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing Wellness & Aesthetic Clinic in Fayetteville, NC.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment , enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and exceptional customer service . Experience in a med spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, wellness, or aesthetic practice is highly preferred.

As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating a welcoming, seamless, and elevated patient experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask while supporting both patient care and clinic operations.

• Pay: Starting at $20/hour (based on experience)
• Additional Compensation: Performance bonus opportunities available

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage provider calendars efficiently
• Support patient flow, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communication
• Educate patients on clinic services, memberships, packages, and promotions
• Assist with lead conversion and patient retention initiatives
• Process payments and assist with daily administrative/front office duties
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism of the front office
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to ensure an outstanding patient experience

• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or patient coordinator role required
• Experience in a med spa, aesthetics, wellness, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical office setting preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable discussing services, memberships, and treatment options with patients
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with EMR, scheduling software, or CRM systems is a plus
