Java Lead DeveloperWest Chester, PA/RemoteAt least 10 years of professional software development experience.Writing high-performance, high-availability code that reflects a constant understanding of the business impactsExperience with highly scalable/available service-oriented architectures.Experience in Microservices, preferably using Spring Boot with good understanding of spring eco-systemWorking experience in industry standard protocol related to API security including OAuth is mustStrong architecture and design skills. Be able to design, build and lead others to build systems that will be robust in the face of change.Indisputable command of computer science basics (data structures, sorting/searching algorithms, order analysis).Experience handling large team in onsite – offshore modelExpertise in object-oriented language such as JavaExperience with relational databases, such as SQL Server.Experience in NoSQL Databases, such as Couch DB/MongoDBBS in Computer Science or related field. A combination of education plus equivalent work experience will be considered. Preferred qualificationsExperience with Docker, Kubernetes.Experience working in CICD platform i.e. JenkinsExperience with message queues MQ at scale.Demonstrated ability to lead other engineers and mentor less experienced engineersExperience with Scrum, XP or other agile methodologies a plus.
