Our core competencies include pre-clinical, drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.Position SummaryFrontage Laboratories is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior/Principal Scientist to join our In Vitro ADME group. This is a laboratory-based position responsible for the development, execution, interpretation, and reporting of a broad range of in vitro ADME studies supporting drug discovery and IND-enabling programs.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, perform, troubleshoot, and interpret a broad range of in vitro ADME studies including metabolic stability, CYP inhibition, time-dependent inhibition (TDI), CYP induction, reaction phenotyping, enzyme kinetics, plasma protein binding, blood-to-plasma partitioning, tissue binding, using LC-MS/MS-based analytical methods.Independently conduct routine and complex ADME assays while ensuring high-quality data generation and timely project completion.Perform sample preparation, LC-MS/MS analysis, data processing, and result interpretation.Prepare study protocols, technical reports, and scientific summaries.Troubleshoot experimental and analytical challenges and implement appropriate solutions.Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and laboratory safety requirements.Support client discussions by providing scientific expertise in study design and data interpretation.Education & Requirements Ph.D. or MS degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related discipline with more than 5 years of relevant industry experience,Strong hands-on experience with multiple in vitro ADME assays.Extensive experience with LC-MS/MS-based quantitative bioanalysis is preferred.Strong troubleshooting and laboratory problem-solving skills.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple studies in a fast-paced CRO environment.Salary and Benefits:Frontage Laboratories offers a competitive compensation and generous benefits package including health and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, health insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance etc.Frontage Laboratories Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
