Detailed Job Description:Cooks/Line Cooks
- Maintain a Guest focus AND a positive attitude
- Communicates effectively and clearly
- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
- Able to exert well-paced mobility throughout scheduled shift.
- Complies with company policies procedures equipment use and food preparation
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products to assure efficient service
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation
- Handles stores labels dates and rotates all products properly and consistently
- Complies with all company guidelines regarding Food Safety and Personal Safety
- Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
- Assists in food prep maintenance cleanliness and/or other kitchen duties as assigned
- Follow procedures for Opening Closing and on-going cleanliness.
- Able to reach bend stoop and frequently
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
