Commercial HVAC Service Technician We are seeking an experienced technician responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems in the field. This role requires strong technical ability, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Salary $65,000 - $110,000 per year. Benefits Global, highly recognized HVAC brand with strong market reputation Industry‑leading benefits package 401(k) with 6% match Tuition reimbursement and ongoing training opportunities Strong long‑term career path and internal mobility Opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial HVAC systems Stable organization with significant market presence Safety‑focused culture Strong technology and innovation investment Vision insurance Core Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Diagnose system failures and recommend solutions Service split systems, package units, and chillers Respond to emergency service calls Complete service documentation and reporting Utilize smart devices and Microsoft Office tools for reporting/service management Maintain strong client relationships and customer communication Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company procedures Provide technical support and expertise to customers and team members Must‑Haves 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience Experience troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems independently Chiller experience strongly preferred EPA Certification required Valid driver's license Strong customer‑facing communication skills Comfortable using tablets/smart devices and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently in the field Stable work history preferred Nice‑to‑Haves OEM/manufacturer experience Building automation or controls exposure Experience with large commercial facilities Strong preventative maintenance background Experience mentoring junior technicians Advanced diagnostic/troubleshooting ability Equal Employment Opportunity Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
