Motion Pictures & Television - Assistant

Overview Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is the world’s leading full‑service entertainment, media, and sports agency. We represent professionals in television, film, music, theatre, video games, sports, and digital content, and provide strategic marketing consulting services. Role Assistant – Motion Pictures and Television. Supports agency agents in the Literary, Scripted, Non‑Scripted, Documentary or Talent departments. Responsibilities Manage administrative duties: handle heavy phone traffic, calendar management, schedule travel, create booking reports, prepare expense reports, and general office tasks. First point of contact with clients, agents, network and studio executives. Maintain and update detailed data grids; execute thorough follow‑up. Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed. Stay current on entertainment industry events, especially within Motion Pictures and Television. Read scripts and provide script coverage. Qualifications Minimum 10 months professional administrative or equivalent experience. Ability to work well in fast‑paced environments, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and handle competing priorities. Strong attention to detail, organization, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Confidentiality compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). Team‑oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate at all levels. Rapid learner of new processes and technology. BA/BS from an accredited university or college preferred. Compensation Base hourly rate: $20.00 – $22.00. Eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Final compensation may vary based on experience and other criteria.
