Pay 1st Shift: $19.00/hour 3rd Shift: $20.00/hour Schedule Full-time opportunities available 1st and 3rd shift openings. Specific Hours: 6am - 6:30pm, or 6pm - 6:30am, 2-2-3 schedule (will alternate between 3 or 4 day work weeks = 36 and 48 hour weeks) What You'll Do As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician, you will play an important role in the production process by ensuring materials are prepared, equipment runs efficiently, and production records are completed accurately. Responsibilities include: Feed raw materials into manufacturing equipment Operate production machinery according to established procedures Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and notify maintenance when needed Label, stage, and move raw materials and finished products Monitor production processes and equipment performance Complete required production and quality documentation Follow GMP, safety, and company procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Support team production goals and quality standards What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience (may consider other experience from a fast paced, on your feet work environment) Experience operating equipment, machinery, production lines, or material handling equipment preferred Stable work history with demonstrated reliability Why Apply? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
