Food Service Associate

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full Time Food Service Associate to work at The Lighthouse located at 17600 Arbor Street, Omaha, NE 68130. The Lighthouse has 54 skilled nursing and long-term care suites.

Shifts will vary but need to be available Saturdays and Sundays and able to work 10:30a-7:30p or occasional 7a-3p.

This position will pay up to $18.31/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required

The primary responsibilities of a Food Service Associate include assisting in patient tray line assembly and related duties such as loading, operating, and cleaning the dishwasher. Assists in the service of meals to cafeteria patrons and operates the cash register. Also maintains the records, inventories, surveys, and other controls relevant to the cafeteria.

Skills & Requirements

Previous food service experience preferred.

Must be 18 years of age or older. For cafeteria duties, cash handling experience preferred.
