Production Associates – Packaging

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates – Packaging to join a fast-paced food production environment. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging baked goods while ensuring quality, food safety, and production standards are consistently met.

Multiple shifts are available, giving you the flexibility to choose the schedule that works best for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Package finished baked goods efficiently on a production line
• Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety guidelines
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Assist with basic line operations and support other departments as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or food handling preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as scheduled

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures
