Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Meditech is preferred.

• 12 months of acute care experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: - Patient ratios up to 1:6 with PCA assistance. - Serves all ages. - Common diagnoses/treatments include COPD, post-op joints, and diabetic population.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend, as needed. - On-call as needed.

Floating Requirements: - Possibility to float to like units as needed.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) or the alternative certifications HWC, MAB

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
