The People Concern
The People Concern is seeking an HSSP Clinician to deliver psychotherapy and case management to adults in Permanent Supportive Housing programs. You will work in offices, members' homes, and field settings to promote housing stability and community integration. You will join a multidisciplinary team and engage in comprehensive care planning, crisis response, and ongoing coordination with program staff to improve outcomes for individuals with severe mental illness. #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
