Metal Manufacturing Machine Operator

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

We are seeking experienced Metal Manufacturing Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ. Our client produces high-quality metal components and materials used in the aerospace, automotive, and construction industries. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled individuals looking to work in a fast-paced production environment with a stable and reputable employer.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor metal manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Set up machines according to production specifications and work orders.
Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and work instructions.
Accurately measure materials and finished products using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools.
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer specifications.
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and communicate maintenance needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.
Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of metal manufacturing experience required.
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
Experience operating manufacturing machinery in a metal production environment.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and production documents preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
