North Land Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our remote team. Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, enabling you to deliver care from wherever you are located within California. Our telehealth facility allows you to utilize digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring convenience both for you and your clients. The standard working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with the possibility of some schedule flexibility to accommodate patient needs, reflecting our commitment to client-centered services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments through virtual platforms, employing evidence-based methods to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and personal insights in clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in adherence with HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory standards, ensuring that all patient interactions are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive and cohesive care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
• Educate and support clients and their families by providing knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and community resources that can assist them on their healing journey.
• Stay current with ongoing developments and best practices in the mental health field to continue providing high-quality therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a therapist with North Land Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse client base across San Francisco and surrounding areas, providing critical support to individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Your role will significantly impact these individuals' lives as you guide them toward achieving improved mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• In-depth knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, with the ability to customize therapeutic approaches for each client's unique circumstances.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive relationship-building with clients and colleagues.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, allowing for effective response to client needs.
• A collaborative spirit that values teamwork and fosters a supportive work environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a similar telehealth setting, with strong familiarity with virtual therapy tools and platforms.
• History of working with diverse populations and underrepresented communities to promote inclusivity in mental health care.
• Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities is a plus, such as Trauma-Focused Therapy or EMDR.
