Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate cultural and linguistic sensitivity in all interactions with clients and their families, ensuring that services are tailored to meet diverse needs.
• Actively collaborate with internal resources and external stakeholders, such as schools and community organizations, to facilitate comprehensive care.
• Fulfill billing requirements and service expectations that align with agency policies, enhancing financial sustainability and compliance.
• Participate in LPS designation as needed, including being part of an on-call rotation to address urgent after-hours client needs.
• Attend staff meetings regularly, contributing valuable insights to team discussions aimed at program development and training initiatives.
• Uphold a professional demeanor by arriving punctually and maintaining reliable attendance to foster team operational efficiency.
• Serve as a model for the organization's core values and mission through effective communication and professional interactions.
• Conduct detailed case management, including assessment of client needs, addressing problems, and linking clients and families to relevant resources.
• Provide mental health services in community-based settings or virtually, in accordance with contractual and funding guidelines.
• Work closely with the treatment team to coordinate care efforts, enhancing client outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A valid mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) is required.
• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in community health settings or with diverse populations is highly desirable.
