Litigation Paralegal – Defense Base Act / Insurance Defense LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established litigation practice seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a growing Defense Base Act (DBA)/Insurance Defense team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal looking to expand into a specialized practice area while working alongside experienced attorneys on complex and meaningful cases. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys throughout all stages of litigation Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars Coordinate discovery, document production, and medical record collection Prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel Organize and maintain case documentation and litigation support materials Qualifications: 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience Defense Base Act (DBA) experience is a plus but not required Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and court rules Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Experience managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced legal environment Why This Opportunity?
