Aerotek is hiring for a Telehandler Operator!

$23-$25/hr with WEEKLY pay

Day shift | Conshohocken PA

Position Summary: Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of telehandler equipment on utility-scale solar construction projects. Supports site logistics by loading, unloading, moving, and placing materials including racking, solar panels, pallets, conduit, and construction supplies while maintaining strict safety standards. Typical telehandler duties on construction projects include material handling, load placement, daily inspections, coordination with ground crews, and adherence to site safety procedures.

• Operate telehandlers to transport and place construction materials throughout the solar project site.
• Load and unload deliveries from trucks and trailers.
• Distribute solar racking, modules, conduit, and other materials to installation crews.
• Conduct daily pre-use inspections and complete equipment checklists.
• Monitor load capacities and ensure safe lifting practices.

• Previous experience operating a telehandler on construction or industrial sites.
• Valid telehandler certification and/or equipment operator training.
• Ability to read load charts and understand lifting capacities.
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
• Experience on renewable energy, solar, civil, or industrial projects preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation.

This is a Contract position based out of Conshohocken, PA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Conshohocken,PA.
