Physical Therapist - Outpatient/Inpatient

Schedule
- Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
- Shift: 10 hours

Assignment Details
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours/week

Requirements
- 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience
- Outpatient experience
- Inpatient experience (highly preferred)
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- License verification (all licenses/certifications must be current and in hand at the time of submission)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct patient care to improve physical function and mobility.
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and home care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care outcomes.
