Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Brunswick, OH

Deliver high-quality respiratory care in a dynamic clinical setting. This position seeks an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist able to assess, plan, and implement specialized respiratory therapy. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive timely, accurate, and compassionate care.


Qualifications:

• Active credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Current respiratory therapy license
• Proven clinical experience in acute care or hospital settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual respiratory needs
• Administer prescribed respiratory therapy treatments including oxygen therapy, aerosol medication, and chest physiotherapy
• Operate and troubleshoot mechanical ventilators, CPAP, and BiPAP machines
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress and responses to treatment
• Provide patient and family education regarding respiratory conditions and therapies
• Respond to emergency situations and assist with airway management during resuscitations
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and professional standards
